Lindsay Lohan’s Father Michael Arrested – Mugshot
Michael Lohan – Lindsay’s father – mugs for the police while being booked for criminal contempt.
Police in Suffolk County, New York, say Lohan was arrested on Monday on the misdemeanor charge after allegedly violating an order of protection placed upon him by his ex-fiance Erin Muller.
"Erin and I had an argument," Michael told the press by way of explanation. "She has an ongoing order of protection against me. She called and said I violated it by making a phone call to her.
"I went down there today and saw the judge and I handled it and that was it."
The former Wall Street trader previously served a four year sentence for stock fraud.
He was jailed in 1998 for a probation violation, and again in 2000 after violating an order of protection preventing him from seeing his children with Lindsay’s mother Dina.
Michael – who is estranged from his actress daughter – was arrested and booked in Medford, New York.
